What we collect

We only collect personal data you actively provide to us via the forms on this website:

  • Name: so we know who we're talking to
  • Email address and phone number: so we can reply
  • Your message: to understand your enquiry
  • Company name, company size, and country (optional): to give you a more relevant response

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party behavioural tracking on this website. We do not collect device fingerprints or browsing behaviour.

How we use it

We use your contact form data solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Determine whether CRMLab is the right fit for your situation
  • Schedule a discovery call if appropriate

We do not add you to any mailing list, CRM sequence, or newsletter without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Storage & processors

Your form submission is processed and stored by Netlify, Inc. (our website host), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Netlify is a US-based company and is subject to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can review Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

Form notification emails are delivered to our Gmail inboxes (Google LLC), which is also subject to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you choose to book a discovery call from our thank-you page, you are taken to a Google Calendar appointment page (Google LLC). Any details you enter there to book a slot are processed by Google under its own privacy terms.

No other processors handle your data.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as a resident of the European Economic Area you have the right to:

  • Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure: ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restriction: ask us to limit how we process your data
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Object: object to processing based on legitimate interests

To exercise any of these rights, email us at sandy@crmlab.tech / niels@crmlab.tech. We will respond within 30 days. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Retention

Questions

For any privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at sandy@crmlab.tech / niels@crmlab.tech. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 2026

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to site owners.

Cookies and storage we use

CRMLab runs no analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. The only thing we store on your device is a single first-party record of your cookie-banner choice, so we don't ask you again on every page. This is strictly necessary for the banner to work and is not used to track you.

The only external resource loaded by default is Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), used purely to display the site's typography. If you book a call, the scheduling button takes you to a Google Calendar page, where Google's own terms apply.

Your consent

On your first visit you'll see a banner letting you accept or reject non-essential cookies. We do not load any non-essential or analytics scripts unless you accept. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and your choice is remembered.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the site footer.

Future analytics

We may add privacy-friendly analytics in the future (such as Plausible Analytics or a similar tool). If anything that uses cookies is added, it will only run after you have given consent through the banner above.

We will never add advertising networks, remarketing pixels, or third-party behavioural tracking tools.

Your control

You can manage or delete stored data through your browser settings at any time, and reopen our preferences via the Cookie settings footer link. For general guidance, visit aboutcookies.org.
